Frequently Asked Questions

Are your kayak trips suitable for beginners?

Yes! This is flat water kayaking. We also use Jackson kayaks, very wide and heavy for more stability. We recommend that beginners can ride in the front of a tandem kayak and the person in the back has most of the control.

How long is the trip?

(BUNN)The long trip is approximately 2-3 hours from the time we leave for the drop off points. While we want everyone to enjoy their time on the river please be considerate of your time on the river as there are other trips planned throughout the day.

Is there a weight limit?

Our kayaks will hold up to 300 pounds, however over 250 is when the boat becomes more and more unstable. The same goes for tubing.

Do I need a reservation?

Yes, all of our river activities need to be reserved online.
