Our new location for kayak adventures is in Rocky Mount at the beautiful Rocky Mount Mills!

Enjoy a relaxing and fun time on the Tar River paddling the beautiful area located in Rocky Mount! Adventure seekers will start the trip at the Mills checking in with Tar River Life staff. Once all the basics are out of the way, the trip starts! Kayakers will be shuttled from the mill to the launch point located up river which is only a 7 minute drive. After the paddle is over you will be helped off the river and driven a short ride back to the Rocky Mount Mills parking area.
